In Ring Fit Adventure, players explore a vast fantasy world filled with enemies to defeat using squats, abdominal exercises, and more. The Ring-Con and leg strap, the two new accessories included in the game package, detect and measure players' movements in the real world, transforming them into actions in the game world.In Ring Fit Adventure, players must perform various types of exercises to overcome challenges suitable for all types of players, regardless of their fitness level.
